The most important aspect in the development of each individual's personality for us in Stein is the personal care given to each pupil. We are there for the pupils, supporting them whenever they need us.
The house tutor/carer is of course the first stop for each pupil when in need of a personal one-to-one conversation or encouragement. He or she is responsible for all aspects of your child’s life while in Stein. This responsibility is also important for the relationship with parents.
Each house tutor/carer lives with their pupils whether in the girls group or the boys group. They organize and arrange some of the extracurricular activities like the theater group, some of them also teach sports and they supervise the homework-study periods each afternoon.
Informal conversations and group meetings play a large role in the day-to-day life of communication between the school management and the pupils where events and activities are planned and discussed.
